She is old, 15 approx, this is a new 'habit' and I am not fond of it!!!!!

None. But I wish that was all my dogs ate that was gross. Believe me, it can get much worse.

I am sure!!!
But, she likes to lick and nibble away at the mud around trees and fire hydrants so it's pretty gross tooooooo!!!!!

Wow - 15!! Here's something which may be helpful. Pica in dogs. Talk it over with your vet, there may be a medical problem. Good luck.

She's a Chow and pretty rickety..but she keeps on going!

We took about 20 pictures and that was the best one. He just couldn't stay still.

My POM used to eat POO I think I would have preferred her to eat mud.
