My dog is weird!

Remember our puppy?

She's all grown up now and she's a bit strange. She can be in another room and if she hears me take a sip of my drink from Sonic she comes running. She stands right next to me and either whines or barks at my cup. It has to be a Sonic cup. Any other cup is just fine.

I think the sound of the ice bugs her for some reason.

Anyone else have strange pets?

I had a cat that thought it was a dog. As soon as the doorbell rang, she would run to the door. She also would only lay on your lap if you had an afghan (not the dog!) across it.

I have one now (he is my baby) that is only happy if he is sleeping in your arms and you have your head on him. Drives my DH crazy. He works nights, so sleeps during the day, and Smokey makes DH hold him, or else he bothers him. Silly cat. This cat also played fetch when he was younger. Oh, and he LOVES cantalope and Soy sauce! LOL

Love being owned by 5 cats.

My mom used to have a cat that loved cantalope. When you brought some home from the store, she would rip through the grocery sack and eat through the rind of the cantalope if you weren't careful.

my cat honey do gave me a kiss. she goes up and down. my friend who is in a wheelchair just put her hand out honey goes up and down. when i do a real or fake sneeze. She meows when i calls her she comesto me like a dog

big puddle of slime......when we were eating a banana.......now she would drool for other meals but big drool over a banana......she would stand guard at the window and if she saw a cat she would run into the other computer room and tell my husband.....she was telling him honest......then he would say ....what is it a doggie and she would talk some more and then he would say is it a cat....and she would go nuts......if it was a dog and he asks if it is a cat and she would do the same thing........this doggie was some smart Dalmatian

My dog is weird. She loves raw carrots Actually, I don't think that is so weird, a lot of dogs love carrots, right?

My German Shepherd LOVES veggies and fruit. Also, one of his favorite treats is Bunny Chews. I feed them to Cadbury (DD's Dutch Bunny) and when I dropped one, he scarfed it right down! Silly pup.

We live near a military base, and my dog "chases" the airplanes up and down the fenceline. Like she is going to catch one! LOL

Growing up, we had a cat that would come running if you opened a bag of potato chips. And she had to have at least one also.

Another cat would run into the kitchen if he heard you using Reddy Whip. A blob on the end of his nose made him happy!

My Simon is nuts about lettuce. He gets so upset if we are having salad and he doesn't get a bite of lettuce. SuzyQ is nuts about tomatoes, Buddy loves broccoli and cauliflower. JoJo the cat loves spaghetti.

I use to have a cat that loved hostess twinkies. I use to try and open them in the closet but she would still hear the wrapper being torn and come running and meowing for a bite.

I have two rat terriers that love raw spaghetti noodles.
If something is out of place in the back yard, lawn mower, sprinkler, a bag, a piece of wood or anything left out - they will stand there and bark at it. We nicknamed them two stupid dogs.

Our last cat used to bark like a dog. It was so weird it was cool!

She is adorable! Maybe she wants a drink from your Sonic cup. My puppy absolutely loves Sonic's ice. If he sees the cup, he does a twirling dance for me until I give him some ice.

I have a really cute bird...but she is a little weird! She is seriously afraid of the color purple! I have no idea why but if you walk by her cage w/ any purple object she goes absolutely crazy. I've had her since she was 1 week old so I know nothing has happened to her!!

my dog Pooh does this weird dance/grunting thing when she's hungry....my dad calls it her "butt dance" cause she slides all around on her butt. It's very weird!

We used to have a rabbit that ate everything it shouldn't.....pizza, spaghetti, really expensive wheat crackers, and MEAT! Lived a full rabbit life too

I had a cat that loved ice cream. He could be at the other end of the house, but he'd come running as soon as we opened the ice cream container.

My dog.....Jackson (not named after Michael)....he is getting old....and a little hard of hearing....

He will be in our bed, laying at our feet....we get up and he won't wake up for 2 hours after we get up.....maybe not too wierd, but different.....he don't hear us, he don't feel us....I sometimes check to make sure he is still breathing....

He loves ice cubes (cheap dog treat)!

He eats everything but onions....and he loves popcorn, but throws it up everytime he has had it!

Tonight...we actually just bought him new dog dishes.....he would not eat out of them for 3 hours....we even put dog treats in it....he sat there in front of it....whining, howling and staring at it....I was so excited about getting them for him....but he hated them.....I had to sit on the floor and feed him by hand out of his new dog bowl.....finally he got it, and did it on his own.......

My pup Norman (2 yrs. but still a pup to me) loves the water. Loves it so much that when any of us put on a swimsuit he begins jumping at the back door to be let out to swim with us. Our 2 other dogs only run to the door (front) when we grab the leash; Norman gets all excited when he sees a swimsuit! Oh, he's one of the "ice-eaters" too.
