My Disneyland and phone bookings?

I have just tried to login in to My Disneyland on the website to view my booking, but it says the booking number or name etc. is wrong.

Can you view a phone booking on My Disneyland? I am sure I have done this in the past. I have had email confirmation, was just having a play with My Disneyland.

Yes you can. I looked at my booking which I made over the phone last year for my October trip today. Remember to enter your full booking reference and your last name and this should bring up your booking.

I booked on the .ie website and I can't view my booking. I have no idea what is the problem. Its a pain having to call and not to mention expensive.

I had to add my bookings though they were made online. Once I'd added them I could view them.

I've not been able to get into My Disneyland for ages but having requested a new password am now finally logged in again. I can't however see my bookings. I've just tried entering the booking ref and name and it kept telling me it was wrong/invalid/didn't match etc. It says to use upper case to enter the details - just tried it using lower case and bingo it worked can now view them, gives me the option of adding them to my portfolio but comes up with an error when I try!!

So try using lower case if you've still got problems xx
