Ok, so now that i am back from disney i thought i would tell alittle about what happened on my and my DH's Trip.Day 1
We went to DD and went shopping. I loved all the shops and the christmas one was my fav. My DH wanted to go do disney quest. We got in first and did some of the motion things which got me very sick but i kept going for DH sake. All in all we did not care for disney quest at all. It was all over rated. After that I went back to my room and layed down while he went to the arcade. That night we went to MK and got in most of the big rides. We had dinner at Tony's. It was ok. We finally got back to our room around 12:30.
Day2
We went back to MK for the day. By 1pm we had pretty much done all we wanted to do and went back to the room for a nap. When we returned to MK for the night we went to Cinderella's castle for dinner. OMG the food was to die for. We eat our meat well done and usally it is a little tough but when we had prime rib well done there it melted in our mouths. It was the best i had ever had. I had so much food that i didn't eat much, we are on the dining plan. After we rode stich which was cute and buzz which my DH won and space, splash, and thunder mountian until we left around 1pm.
Day3
We ended up going to AK. We rode dinosaur which i thought was short and loud, but fun. Everest was great and we had to use fasspass to even get on. The tree was beautiful and the safiri was fun. Our drive was not into it but we liked looking at the animals. A rino was infront of the bus ahead of us on the rode so we had to stop and wait. A bugs life was fun but the stink bug smelled and i got stung by the bee in the butt...lol but that is about it there. This was my least fav park. We did the rapid ride and thank go we fasspassed that. It was so short basically you go up then down the big drop. It was over in seconds. Disney could have made that ride longer.( I wanted to put in the killer squirl. As we were walking to a ride a squirl came right up about and inch or two from my foot. I screamed and it kept coming until a cast member shooed it away. At the time not very funny it was skinny and you could see it's ribs, now a little funny.) I would not wait on it at all. We had dinner at Sci-Fi in MGM. I loved it. It was very authentic. My fav ride was TOT and RRC. The wait was long but well worth it.
Day 4
We went to Epcot for the day. Loved test track and i couldn't do mission space. Germany was great. I got my milka bars and gummies and we went to the buffet for luch. The food was great there. I ordered a liter of beer and i couldn't finish it. DH didn't either. I didn't really care for the beer it was very strong but i loved the food. We ate dinner at Japan tapenyaki?? The food wsa great but the chef didn't do much but cook. We rode malestrom which was not how i remembered it and went to bed around 12.
Day 5
I surprised my DH with a Reichard Petty Ride Along. I was told not to make a reservation just to show up. We waited for about an hour till it was his turn. He loevd it. Said he was going 130 by the first turn which wasn't that far away. After we went to BB. Didn't really care for it that much so we went to TL. This one was soooo much better. The wave pool was bigger and better, the rides longer. We went swinmming witht he sharks. I was a little afraid when a shark swam under me and then at the end a small fish darted right across my googles. Hopefully the pics come out. While i was holding the underwater camera i got a allergic reaction to the rubber band strap that held it. My arms broke out in a rash and I had to go to FA. She put some cream on and told me to take a benadryl. That night we went to dinner at the hoopty doo. The food was awsome and the show was great. A def do again. I had to take the benadryls so by the end i was done. We were supposed to go to PI but i was too tired from the meds so we went back to the room around 10.
Day6
We went back to TL and had a blast then over to MGM for the rest of the day. It was DH and I fav park. Dinner was at the prime Time and the food was good. The waiting room was in the living room and it was all very authentic. The place was behind in thier orders so the waitresses didn't play much but it was still nice. I got smores for dessert and couldn't even finish them.. They were great though.
Day7
We went back to epcot and spent the day thier. We went to the Garden Grill for dinner. The characters were great. My DH tried to give me to mickey but he wanted money to take me so i stayed with DH. (Too Bad, I would have stayed!!!) Dinner was ok i wouldn't go for the food but the characters. The only prob at that place was that parents just let thier kids go and do whatever in the resteraunt. While we were seated in front of the ride that goes under the place kids were standing by the side screaming "Hey were real , How is the ride??" I was getting angry after a while. I mean i understand this is a kid place really, but come on. I didn't apprecieate the kids screaming in front of my table. After we went to MK and walkeda round. Pirates was open!!!! We rode it like 3 times cause no one was on. DH loved it. Glad it was open.
Day8
Our last day we went back to MGM and did TOT and RRC. We finally got to do Animation. It was great. we drew donald and i think mine came out alright. Then we were home by 6pm.
Our trip was the best. I have never had so much fun. DH loved his first time and we are planning to go again in feb with our son. His first trip at 6. The dining plan was great. Dinner was about a 100 each night so it was well paid for. The Movies resort was nice but we had spring breack trippers thier so not that quiet. Our feet were killing us the whole time and the fireworks were great. I loved wishes, and fantasmic.
You have to get thier when they open fantasmic to get a good spot. I wanted to stay but had to come home. Can't wait to go again. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I feel i am a disney expert by now.
