My Disney Experience & the Disney Web Site

I made our FP+ and dining reservations a few days ago on the Disney web site for our upcoming trip. So today I logged onto My Disney Experience just to see if everything is there and all my reservations are an hour earlier than what I picked on the web site. Anyone have a problem like this? I do not want what is showing on My Disney Experience!
 
No, I checked. This is driving me bonkers. I am going to try to call Disney I guess. I don't know how else to fix it.

This is a very prolific new GLITCH that is sweeping MDE (well-known on these boards.)
Many other posts about it.

Bottom line is to not worry about the false times as they are actually correct in your MDE files on the web.

(You can call IT about it, but they don't have a solution for the false times yet.)
 

It has nothing to do with the time zone, time change, etc. :)

It's come up in a different thread, and it's also going on with my app as well. Quite a few people have called Disney dining about it, and they know there's a problem. I don't have an answer, just that they know.

But I feel your frustration. According to the app, we have a 6:15 ADR for breakfast instead of 7:15. The website has the right time.

My issue right now is that I have an ADR the website and app won't let me cancel. It's for Tusker House of all places. I'm going to have to call myself on that one, so I can complain about the app at the same time.
 
I made all our FP+ reservations, then went back and tweaked the time slots a couple times. Now when I try going back to check on them I can't, because apparently I am "locked out" of FP+! I'm still able to make dining reservations, but not FP+ (it shows a 'lock' symbol next to the Selections place). I called Disney and talked to an IT guy, who had me try getting into it from the drop-down tab at the top of the page, and still nothing. He said it worked for him, but didn't know how to get it to work for me. Grrrrrr!!! He told me he would submit a work order to the IT department, but wasn't sure how long before they could get to it. Why me???????
