The question has to do with viewing/modifying a resort reservation, which is more of a Resorts Board topic than a Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies topic.
The online “queue” usually happens around high resort reservation website traffic times, such as when promotions come out, free dining comes out (like what came out yesterday), etc. It’s what they use to throttle web traffic to, in theory, make it more usable to make or modify reservations when you do get in.
