My husband and two children are going to WDW in August with a big group. My parents, my two brothers & their girlfriends. They are all added on MDX, but I can’t view their info. It allows me to see they have tickets, but not their resort. Also, is there a way for one of us to book FP or dining for the entire group? Thanks!
 
If you are friends with all of them, then you will be able to book fast passes and dining for them. If they have separate resort reservations, then they need to go into their friends list and give you permission to see all of their plans (not just the ones that you share).
 

OP did you ever get this resolved? I am having such problems with MDX--we are a family group of nine and it was only after a half hour of waiting on the phone and talking to Tech Help tonight that MDX was "refreshed" and I could finally see the character profile pictures of my family. I wasn't aware I was supposed to also be able to see the resort. Is the resort supposed to show up next to the character picture?

Yes, we finally have it all figured out! However, it took several phone calls to Disney. You may just have to do that.

I can see my resort in "my plans," but not the other three rooms (same resort) that are occupied by family members. (Each room has its own confirmation number and is assigned to the name of one of my daughters or son even though I did the booking.) Am I supposed to be able to see the name of the resort for those rooms under "my plans" too? Thank you!

This is what I see now under “My Plans” each one of those is my own reservation, and the others who I’m traveling with. If I click on each one I can see their reservation number too.

deedeew80, Wow! This looks nothing like what I have, which is just the days all in a row and the resort for my husband and me. Nothing about my kids in the other three rooms. My kids assure me they have checked the "share all plans" button in MDX. I guess I will call the tech folks again--I don't like the feeling that I am missing something and things are not as they should be.
 
I hate this program. My Disney experience has us all messed up! My wife and I each had our own account from long ago. now, my daughters are managed by me, but not my wife, and my father in law is managed by my wife, but not me, and we are trying to get my BIL and his family linked as well. There has to be an easier way for Disney to do this.
 
whodatdare, I would definitely call the Tech people. I just got off the phone and everything seems to be in order now. The Tech CM was able to link all 9 members of our family (several had not been able to receive the invitation to join the group despite several resends) so now everybody can see each other. We can even see each other's resort hotels. (DeeDeeW80, thanks again for inspiring me to make the call--your visual really helped me know how to communicate the issue.) Best of all, instead of the 30-minute wait for help last night, it was only five minutes today. It is worth the call to get things right.
