Hi folks,

I'm trying to look up Nov 2017 pricing in MDE and for any week I enter I get a message that basically states the resort has no availability for those dates or that party size. FOR ALL RESORTS! Our party size is "2" o_O ***??????????

The website appears to be down. I'm trying to add a day to our next trip and I'm getting a picture of the seven dwarves who are "working on the website". :badpc:
 
Just checked again and I'm actually getting info when I look for resorts in the Nov 2017 timeframe............so my issue seems to be resolved :)

I'm still getting the "we had to duck out" Donald when I try to modify a resort reservation. It has been giving me the same since yesterday afternoon. First it was the "no availability" like the OP mentioned, and since then it is the error message. It did let me link a ticket this morning, so that part works.
 
Different issue but I can't make a payment online. I've got the latest versions of software on our Mac, iPad, iPhone and PC and can't get the option to make a payment. I know I can call, but I just like doing it online.

Good luck. I tried to modify my reservation online for two weeks, getting the duck message every time. Finally gave up and did it by phone.
 
I think there's a larger system-wide issue going on. For the past few days, I've gotten error messages when trying to view my reservations. I called about half an hour ago to try to modify a dining reservation and the phone CM told me the system was down. I don't know if it's coincidence, but even the survey at the end of the call didn't work.

I just got this error when trying to view my family and friends - I've never seen this one before, and when I first saw it I definitely didn't think it was going to end with "mble." :laughing:

We just had an EPIC cluster mess at the parks. Ticketing, touchpoints, credit card processing, MDX... it all died. Some of it's back up now but MDX and Fastpass are still having issues.
 
I can't get into the Photopass website either... and it's my last day to modify pics. Splendid. Also, I haven't been able to make payments online for months... hopefully whatever they are doing fixes that!

How does Disney handle park entry when something like this happens? I'm imagining a lot of unhappy guests being held outside the touchpoints.
 
Yep. In Epcot now. Very hard to use magic bands for purchases (at least for our party). Also, can't access/review fast passes.

They were basically just letting people in and telling will calls to come back later and get their tickets properly. We have different levels of offline operation and procedure varies depending on which one we go to.
 
I can't see a ticket online, or fast passes associated with that ticket, but I can see everything on app...Very odd and annoying
 
Ugg. I've been trying to pre-order our BOG lunch for two days. Seems trivial compared to the whole system being messed up - hope it's cleared up soon!
 
Looks like it is back in action this morning. I was able to modify our reservation without issue.
 
Ditto. I had troubles yesterday trying to make Fastpass + reservations online but was able to finish on my phone. Went back online to online check-into my hotel and all seems back to normal.
 
Try clearing all your cookies on your web browser. Sometimes switching to a different browser helps.
