My Disney Experience...how do you link "stuff"

We booked the Wild Africa Trek over the phone (the only way you can book it at this point, I think), but it doesnt show up automatically on the website and I cant find a way to link it to MDE with my confirmation #. Any suggestions? I assume other tours and special events have a similar issue??
If fastapass+ becomes active before our trip, I kinda need the system to show all my plans and not just hotel and dining.

i had trouble figuring it out too, so i gave up and just stuck to the folder of notes i have always used. it's much easier that way. if I cant have all my reservations in one spot, then why bother.

I guess I am sticking with excel and dropbox when we are in the parks.
I wish Disney would think through everything before taking something live.
