Have you explained the situation to your friend? Does she also have trouble logging onto the MDE website? Maybe she could call Tech Support on your behalf. As your
travel agent, it's her job to be your advocate.
I would also focus on trying to access the website since the app doesn't appear to be working right now. Is this the error message you get when trying to log in?
"Sorry, the Email or Username and/or Password do not match our records, so please try again. If you feel this message is in error, please call (407) 939-4357. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call."
If you're sure that the email and password are correct, then this is a problem on Disney's end. You can try to reset your password if you want, but I don't know if that would help.
Unfortunately, if you continue to have problems, you'll have to call Tech Support again. If they continue to be less than helpful, politely insist that you need to speak with a Manager.
