My Disney Experience App

I have used the app with no problems on my Ipad and on my daughters iPhone but it rarely functions quickly or often simply will not load on my Samsung Android phone. Anyone know if this is common?

Try unistalling and reinstalling the app.

That's what I had to do and now it works. I've got the Samsung Galaxy S4.

I tried reinstalling once but it did not improve

Which Samsung? I had a Skyrocket that really struggled to run the MDE app, but have had no problems since upgrading to a Galaxy S5.

I believe the Samsung Exhilarate model I have is probably the equivalent of a Samsung S3. Sears sells the phone. I have no trouble with any other apps. I have read numerous complaints about the Disney app not running well on Samsung phones on Google Play reviews of My Disney Experience. Disney needs to go back to the drawing board.

I have a Droid 2 and have installed and uninstalled this app about 5 times now, and it always crashes within the first 10 minutes of trying to use it. I strongly doubt it will ever be useful on my phone.
