I have been picking up treats/surprises/toys etc for our Sept trip, 5 kids going......I am surprising each of them with a plane bag of washable markers~5 packs for $1.00 @ kmart for back to school.......5 packs of 8 washable markers for $1.00, wow!, they each get a notebook, they were 10/$1.00/ a pack of color pencils, 5 boxes coloring pencils were $1.00 (10 pencils in each box), I bougt each of them a real cheap digital watch from Kmart, so they can tell what time it is, "when will we get there", and times @ the parks too, candy/gum....etc.......each morning they each will get a surprise package from "Mickey" @ their doors. I bought the nicest disney gift box bags at one of the dollar stores......princesses
, pooh, tigger, you name it......so each morning they will find a surprise package at their hotel door, with a letter from Mickey, reminding them to behave, listen and enjoy their trip to Disney.....so far I have bought Disney Pez with refills, wather bottles, candy of course, bracelest for the girls, each a small backpack, glow in the dark necklaces/bracelets...these were 6 for $1.00, I got them each a princess light up fan that goes around their necks @
walmart, and a plain one for the boy...believe it or not, when you find this stuff on clearance and at the dollar stores, its not all that much and they won't be inlcined to ask for a lot of toys etc, that they won't use.........I have a bin in my room that is almost full! I have a suitcase designated JUST for this stuff! With magical express, what is an extra piece of luggage, we are only take two for clothing, one for snacks and one for the surprise packages, there are 3 of us going in my group, so 4 pieces, were actually under our limit!
