Definitely keep Sanaa, Captain's Grille, Kona Cafe, and Les Chefs de France.

50s Prime Time is fun for a one-time thing, but I didn't enjoy it enough to want to go back a 2nd time.

Have heard bad things about The Wave, I would skip that one.

I'm not into character dining, but those particular ones seem to be well-liked.
