my debit card declined on MDE?

Is there any reason why my card would be declined on MDE for using as a credit card authorization for ADRs? It's a MasterCard, I guess technically a debit. It kept saying it was declined but had no problem with my other MasterCard credit card. I am nowhere near out of money or over my limit.

My bank declines mine when trying to book a $0.00 for ADrs online as well. If you call and do over phone it will go thru. My bank told me that it is because the $0.00 charge via internet is a red flag for fraud.

It is super annoying!!!!!!!

Had the same thing happen a while ago. Now I just linked a major credit card to my profile for my adr's
