My DDP Reservations: How Does this Look

Hey, me and my new wife are taking are honeymoon to DisneyWorld on May 10-17 and just finished making our ADR for the trip. How do these look?

May 10: Wolfgang Puck Express
May 11: Cosmic Rays
1900 Park Fare Dinner
May 12: Yak and Yeti Counter Service
Boma Dinner
May 13: Tangerine Cafe
Coral Reef Dinner
May 14: Pecos Bill
Ohana Dinner
May 15: Wispering Canyon Cafe Dinner
May 15: Tutto Italia Lunch
La Cellier Dinner

One question I had about Tutto italia, me and my wife are not used to traditional italian dishes and we were wondering if there is anything on the menu that is a seafood or chicken alfredo type dish. Thanks for all the advice.

May 11: Cosmic Rays our new fav
1900 Park Fare Dinner never done
May 12: Yak and Yeti Counter Service we did the table service and loved it
Boma Dinner are doing breakfast; dinner too adventurous for me
May 13: Tangerine Cafe never done
Coral Reef Dinner we enjoyed when we did it years ago
May 14: Pecos Billusual burgers, etc.; nice topping bar
Ohana Dinner doing for the first time this year
May 15: Wispering Canyon Cafe Dinner sorry--we did not like this at all and won't go back
May 15: Tutto Italia Lunch on the list for the year after this
La Cellier Dinnerour must do every trip
