We went to the MVMCP 0n 12/8, it was raining all day and we thought what the heck, lets give the party a try, mabye it won't be to busy because its wet. We were right it was prettey light crowds(IMO). We had ressies at CP @4:00 and around 6:00 went to adventure land to wait until the party started, And just like it was meant to happen, at 7:00 the rain stopped and it actually felt like it got warmer. Well any way we had a great time got to ride a ton of rides. I think we must have done the thunder mountain 6 times(4 times never getting off). This was our 2nd party for the week, we also went on 12/6 that to was a fun time but much busier. Just a side note to everyone who has never done a MVMCP, you DO NOT have to leave the park before the party, but you have to stay in adventure land, frontier land and liberty square. They close FL,TL, and TT. The busiest part is Liberty square. Adventure land was almost deserted and the same for splash and thunder mountain's. As the night wore on we decide not to catch the parade as we saw it on Tues. and we used that time to ride some rides. We also watched the end of wishes from tommorow land next to Indy speedway. That was really neat , I think that might be the best veiwing spot because you feel so close to the fireworks, although you lose the nostalgia(sp) of watching them from in front of the castle, also there seemed alot less of a crowd back there. The holiday wishes were 
OUTSTANDING around 11:00 we went back to toontown and rode the Goofy's coaster also deserted, went and took pics with the charcters with no wait and as we were getting ready to head for the exits to call it a night when we spotted the mad hatter and tweetle-dee and dumb at the tea cups, just standing there with no one around except a couple of CM's, only the begining of the sentence out mymouth and DS(10) and DD(4) rushed over and asked them to ride the cups with them and they said sure 
I couldn't belive it they were riding a ride W/ a charcter. Before we had left for our trip I said I wanted to get to the parks early to see if they could get on a ride with a charcter, My DW said I was crazy that you would have to be first into the parks then sprint to the ride and hope a charcter was there. But we didn't have to do that, we lucked out and caught them right at the the right time. It was so magical, the only down side was I didn't have any film left in my camera, I had just spent the last picture with Daisy 
. Well I guess that I will have to invest in a digitle camera an hope they get another chance 
Anyway there were alot of other magical moments but that was the highlight of the trip.
