I had seen that special before, but I did watch it again. It's all so amazing. I just can't believe that couple would pay $70,000 for a wedding?!?!?! I'd have to put that on a house!

Didn't watch your video, but I was at a VERY NICE Disney Fairy Tale Wedding in December. Wedding was at the chapel, reception at the Cali Grill for 30-some people. They also did an IllumiNations dessert party the night before.

I suspect that what they paid for this Disney wedding is probably equal to what they would have paid for a wedding in their hometown, because they would have invited all of husband's dad's business contacts.

If she really wants one, I agree with you, marry rich or start saving NOW!

I hope someday to be able to afford to give my daughters disney weddings if they want them. They would have to be small affairs but dreams big. What we spend on our wedding probably would have bought a small wedding at disney anyways. I love a fairytale.

About 3 years ago a local man spent $130,000 for his daughters wedding. It was not disney related, just really expensive.

Maybe for youngest DD (Stitchfansjr) oldest DDs wedding is already planned and mostly paid for since she is getting married at the end of June. Stitchfansjr is more of a Disney fan then her older sister any way.

I married my DH at Seabreeze Point on the Boardwalk at Disney last May. It was MUCH cheaper then a NY wedding (where I lived at the time). Everybody made a vacation out of it and we had a blast.. The best part? We only had 35 guests, no obligatory invites...we had people there that meant alot to us. I wouldn't have changed it for the world. People are still talking about the wedding a year later! I aleady want a vow renewal!
