My dashboard is a mess, I need help.

I also dislike it when it doesn't show what points you used. Perhaps, this allows the MS to swap points in their system?
I messed up recently with banked point (used new points instead of banked ones because I failed to cancel an old reservation before booking a new one).

Now I have decided to track by room-date... Plus, if I use points from different contract-UY, I split them into different rows. Like the dummy example below

It allows me to track total usage

It’s not as simple as you do it.

To know which points are used, the system needs to “read” all reservations and as you know currently the system is slow as f….

When you book or change a reservation it take anywhere between 6-14 seconds to get to the contract page in which you can see the points. Assuming you have 10 reservations it’s 60-140 sec. That would be a very poor user experience.

That would have to be redone each time you reload the dashboard🙈
Im not talking about changing or modifying, Im saying you should not have to modify to see things. You should be able to see how the points were allocated on the reservation you booked 2 months ago without having to pretend like you are modifying. Im not a tech person but that honestly doesn't seem like it's some convoluted hard thing to do and not sure why the system would need to "read" my reservations.

I know.
With the way the system is build the system has to read the reservations to see how points are used. Unless Disney gives the system a makeover all reservations has to be read to show the points. Each reservation takes a ton of time to read.

Disney could of course also throw in some additional servers or capacity to speed up things - but I assume that’s unlikely.

Oh yes I am saying they really need a full overhaul of the booking area of the site. They will save a lot of man hours with less phone calls and chats to MS if members could just see things on their own easily.

Honestly Disney don’t care how much time you and I spend. If it at some point becomes cheaper to overhaul the system vs having members calling in then Disney will do it.

I have also borrowed points when I had plenty available currently and I have no idea why. The dashboard really doesnt need to be as complicated as it is. It should just show you under each reservation you use 30 points from 123456.0 contract you used 30 banked points from 123456.1. You shouldnt have to go in and modify to see these things, and to be honest when I do that it is still confusing and it doesnt show "banked" or "borrowed"

Every time I modify a reservation, I screen shot more points summary as soon as booked.

I have them in their own folder on my computer. That way, I don’t have to go back to find. Since I only have two contracts I can get it in one shot…if more contracts are being used, it may take more than one.

That does tell for that booking what was used…and when I modify again, I delete the original for that reservation once I compare it to see it matches against the others.
