:smickey: Yesterday I logged on at exactly 7AM EST and at 7:17 had the initial on line chat with the screener who determined I could move on in the process. I then was contacted for my video chat around 7:40, much to my surprise, and within a couple of minutes this call was concluded. She told me that it would be a quick process to select my two rides a day and I should be getting contacted pretty quickly about that. This ended up being the longest and most painful part of the procedure. I was contacted at 8 o’clock but the CM was not very communicative. There were very long gaps in the conversation stream and I got the feeling he was working with more than one person at a time. He finally started to address my reservations at about 8:25.At first he would have me choose two things at a time, one day at a time. As I had a 7 day stay he then eventually asked me to put in what I wanted for the rest of my stay with the dates which seem to go much quicker. The most frustrating part of this whole procedure was that after a period of I’m not sure how many minutes the site timed out and I had to somehow sign in again and it was very difficult to get back to the page where the conversation was on. I never did quite figure out what I was doing to get to that page I just kept pushing and x ing Pages that had errors until I finally got back to the conversation. I was fearful when this was happening that I might miss communication with the CM. It just seem to randomly happen even when I was in the middle of communicating with someone. I wish they could do something about this as it was kind of frustrating.

All in all I think I was very fortunate to have a very quick experience setting this up. I know it was not the norm and I feel the Disney magic somehow came down upon me for which I am very grateful.:mickeyjum

I had read that some browsers were better than others to use this. Do you mind saying which browser you have?
