I'm so sorry. My DGM is going through the same thing, she was told in May, and we were expecting 3-6 months. She lives 4 hours from me, and I visit her every weekend that I can, and I just returned yesterday from a trip. Sad to say, that is probably the last time I will see her alive, even though I will be visiting again this weekend. She is totally bedridden at this point, and can barely talk, as it hurts too much. My 2yo dd was telling her goodbye yesterday and said, "Gigi's going to live with God." It was so sad. The worse part is the amount of pain she is in, she asked that I just pray that the pain goes away. It almost broke my heart.

I so feel for you, I can't imagine it being my father in that situation. Please be strong, and don't lose the faith. We are all here for you. God bless your family.
