My Crocs Broke~!

Yup--Just got them less than a week ago. Sticker fell off yesterday. Rivet broke today. Strap all over the place..flapping in the wind. Damn.

I emailed customer service. I will update you when I get a repsonse.

I love these shoes, but I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

I emailed Crocs' customer service and CALLED them as well. I keep getting a machine saying they will get back to me w/in 24 hours. Nope. No email or voice contact yet.

I am getting upset. I really like my shoes and it kills me that I can't wear them. They just sit there. Staring at me :magnify:

I will keep you all posted.
 
I hate when they don't call, hope you hear something soon.
 

We've had to call them twice now. Both times left voice mail for Sean. And both times he called us back the next day. He was extremely helpful.
 
goofy4tink--Did your shoes break also? If so, do they send you a new pair of shoes, or a new clasp?

I hope I get a call today.
 
I called them twice and emailed customer service twice about my order (I hadn't received my order that was placed in the beginning of March but I hadn't received a backorder notice, so I wanted to know the status). It took about a week and a half before I got an email back. I think they are just swamped right now.
