My colors are messed up-HELP!!

Can someone here help me, I turned on my computer and the colors and sizing of things (icons,words) is all messed up, I went into Setting,Active Desktop,Customize desktop but have no ideas as to what the settings should be. None of the colors are as they should be here,picutres are not clear-it is like x's or dots.
Any ideas of how I can restore it back to how it was?
