I come from a family that was also forged in the wake of grief over the death of two parents. My mom, the widow with three girls met my stepdad, a widower with three boys and one girl. They married and produced one daughter together. I think maybe you count your blessings just a little more in situations like ours. For myself (one of the three girls belonging to the widow) I am always reminded that there are so many children raised without even one father and here I am blessed with two dads who loved me so completely that I have always felt eveloped in their love. I'll bet your girls will feel that same way about you when they get older.

I did want to share one more thing, from Logan. She told me on the way to 4K this a.m. that "3 is almost out of me and 4 is in me now". Is this a warning that 4 yo antics are about to start? I hope not because she has 4 favorite things in life 1.) her Gramps (my dad is the light of her life) 2.) being at home 3.) in her bed and 4.) naked It truley is great to have 4 in you. She is one cool kid
