My cat is sick

My cat snuck out of the house and came back loaded with thisles. ( the cat is an indoor cat) Now his eye is full of bugers and I think he has a feaver. I called the vet and they can not get me in until tomm. I also called other vets and they could not get me in. Any thing I can do until tomm?

I have no emergency place to take him to. I called 2 other vets and they could not see him today. Also they said as long as the cat is eating and drinking. uhhh I am stressing.
