Well, are talking long term or short term?

Probst looks like long term, but if it was short term, say one "episode", I'd have to pick Sawyer.

Jeff has a bad rep of being a loud hothead

If that's true then I nix him altogether. Doesn't look like he'd be worth one "episode" and if he's a hot head, recurring season's wouldn't be any fun

You can do it, but you had better know that the person isn't going to object. Bosses didn't stop doing this by choice. Too many have been burned...
