You're certainly going to some of the best but I'm worried you'll be too full on the 12th to enjoy your dinner at Kona. Having CP for breakfast that day and then WCC for lunch a few hours later will surely have you stuffed to the gills and not wanting a big dinner... I wouldn't skip WCC though. Any chance you can move it to another day?
