My ADRs- What do you think?

I am staying at the Dolphin, so I needed to book my ADRs one day at a time, which produced a lot of anxiety ; ). We are going during the Food and Wine Festival so we are intending to do some lunches and dinners just snacking around the world. I am also hoping to get one signature event once they are announced

10/25 -Epcot Day - Lunch Le Cellier noon
10/26- Breakfast Kouzina
10/27- Dinner 'Ohana 7:50pm - Wishes Night
10/28- Dinner Raglan Road 7:30
10/29- Lunch Yak and Yeti - 12:30
10/30 - Departure
