I booked 3 ADRs for our trip in August. After a day, they weren't showing up on MDE so I inputted the confirmation numbers myself. The ressies are there, for the correct restaurants, times and party sizes, but under some random stranger's name.
I called the Dining line and the CM was able to pull up all of my ADRs. She says they look fine in her computer; correct names and all. But I still can't pull them up correctly in MDE, nor have I received a confirmation email. I"m worried that we'll show up for our ADRs and be out of luck.
Has anyone else encountered this? Were you able to get it fixed, and how?
