my ADRs are finally (almost) perfect! YAY!

'ohana dinner at 6:45 (almost perfect because i wish this were at 7:15ish instead so we can go watch fireworks)
12/18 - grand floridian cafe before MVMCP lunch 1:50 pm
12/19 - 1900 park fare breakfast 8:05 am
liberty tree tavern lunch 12:20 pm
12/20 - les chefs de france lunch 1:20 pm
rose and crown for illuminations/dinner 7:45 pm
12/21 - crystal palace lunch 12:00 pm
12/22 - F! package with mama melrose lunch at 1:30 pm
12/23 - chef mickey's breakfast 7:15 am
rainforest cafe lunch 3:00 pm

i'm super excited!!!

to fix my ohana problem - if we go at 7:50 pm instead, are we able to watch wishes from inside the restaurant? if not, is this enough time to finish eating and get to a viewing spot??

We'll be at the GF having tea at 2pm on 12/18 before MVMCP. Perhaps we'll cross paths.

As for Ohana, it used to be great for watching Wishes, but the last two times we timed it for that, they didn't turn down the lights, and for some reason when they don't do that, people are noisier so we couldn't hear or see it very well. So, imho, you might be better off eating earlier and then going to position yourself for Wishes later - either on the beach or even go over to MK maybe, if there's time.

Another thought... if you're really wanting to eat later than your ADR time, you may not need to worry at all, because at Ohana there's a really good chance you'll be seated late anyway. I think we've only been seated quickly there once! (Not that I'm complaining mind you - we enjoy looking around the Poly's lobby while waiting, so we're never upset about it!)

good to know! how much later do you get seated? i don't want that to backfire on me and us miss the fireworks lol

ohhh, i want to try the tea sometime, but i don't think that dbf will be up for it this trip. i already convinced him to go to one (...or several) character meals when he wasn't up for it so i think i've pushed him enough! please report back on how it is, though i'm sure it'll be great!
