My DSis, DBIL and two nieces are joining myself, DH, DS and DD in October, the week after the free dining ends. This will be their first trip to WDW, so I'm working on trying to make it really special. DSis and I have talked about which table service restaurants are on their short list of ones to try and here's what we've come up with. We're arriving on October 7th and leaving October 13th.

Wed, Oct 7th: open (no decision yet)
Thurs, Oct 8th: Cindy's for lunch
Fri, Oct 9th: San Angel Inn for lunch (DVC discount)
Sat, Oct 10th: Chef Mickey's breakfast
Sun, Oct 11th: Boma for dinner
Mon, Oct 12th: Biergarten for lunch (DVC discount)

Since we're DVC members, we'll be eating breakfast in the villa most days and we're agreed that one TS restaurant per day is plenty. The Food & Wine Festival is also going on, and we like to eat "around the World" so I thought that on one of the days when we're eating at Epcot for lunch, we could find a nice spot for Illuminations and then just send different members of the party to various booths to pick up items for dinner while the rest of us hold our spot.

Of all the places we'd like to eat, I know the Cindy's and Chef Mickey's are going to be the trickiest to get, so I'm planning on getting up early to either call or log in to the online system. Given that the free dining will be over for most people by that time, how doable is this? DSis really would like to eat one meal in the Castle and she doesn't really care which meal it is, but I thought her girls would probably like seeing the princesses (we've eaten breakfast there a couple times in the past and weren't impressed so I thought lunch was the better option for princess viewing). DSis has already said that she thinks one theme park is pretty much like another, so I really want to prove to her that the Disney magic is something special.

Sorry this is so long!!!

I loved eating around the world during FWF. We tried some really great foods. Can't wait to do it again.

Your ADR's look good to me.

Have fun!
