My ADR Plan and a Question or two

I will be there 8/15 - 8/20 with Free Dining of course lol Anyway a here is my ADR list and then a few questions at the end.

8/15 1900 Park Fare(out of pocket)
8/16 Tusker House before park opening no clue where for supper since will be at MK for EMH
8/17 Crystal Palace before park opening, Cosmic Ray's for Supper
8/18 Need suggestions on Epcot Lunch, Tutto Italia or Rose & Crown for dinner
8/19 Need suggestions for lunch at DHS, Prime Time 50's for supper
8/20 Chef Mickey's for breakfast

1) Any suggestions for Table Service for 8/16 at MK? 8/18 at Epcot? 8/19 for DHS?
2) Are all of these covered by Free Dining? Do any require to TS credit's?
3) On 8/18 Epcot has EMH that evening. What time should I plan to eat dinner? I want to see Illuminations, so probably best well before that correct?

Yes we booked dinner for 5:30 and still just made Illuminations with not a great view. Remember your ADR does not confirm you will be sat at exactly that time. We did have to wait at dinner sometimes

for a table service for MK i would suggest either cinderellas royal table or liberty tree tavern. liberty tree has EXCELLENT food and how can you pass up eating at CRT?!

for a table service at epcot i would suggest tutto italia. ive been there and being italian i absolutely love the food. the waiters are nice and the food is very good. its expensive but its good. id also suggest le cellier. ive never been but im going in june but everything ive heard is that it is the place to go! but check out my dining review for when i get back and ill let you know how it was with pics and stuff!

for HS, i love the brown derby. again they are expensive but they have very good food! sci fi is pretty neat too. nothing special food wise but its a cool place.

all of the ones i listed are covered under the DDP, CRT and brown derby are the only two that require 2 credits!

Okay guys last minute check on my ADR's before they can be made. Would love some input on the final selections.

Question: What time should I book this so I can see Wishes/Water Pagent from the beach?
8/16 Tusker House 8am
8/17 Crystal Palace 8 am
8/18 Tutto Italia
What time should I book to get out in time for Illuminations?
8/19 Prime Time 50's Cafe thinking around 5:30/6 pm
8/20 Chef Mickey's 8 am

Wishes times are not posted for August but the park closes at 9. So I would book ADRs for 8.

8/19 Need suggestions for lunch at DHS, Prime Time 50's for supper Personally, we go to one of the resorts for counter service on our DHS day as the counter service at DHS is not good. The best of the bunch in our opinion is Backlot something or other

Comments in red. For 8/18, I would plan on eating no later than 7:30 if you want to see Illuminations at 9:00.
