Looks good except for San Angel. Used to love it (i'm a huge mexican food fan), but past 2 years service and food quality has been going down hill. I feel like i'm getting ripped off there anymore, b/c i just know they can and have done better. Are set on Epcot that day? If so I would suggest Le Cellier, Askherhus (princesses or not it's good food and different from something you would normally have) or Rose & Crown.

they sound great - i'd agree with pirategirl that san angel might be just an okay choice - how about something in downtown disney --like raglan road?
