it has been a few years since I went to WDW, can I make my dining reservations for my whole trip starting tomorrow (day 180). Will I have options for my whole trip starting tomorrow? TIA!

Are you staying in a WDW resort? If yes, is that resort stay linked in My Disney Experience?
If the answer to both is yes, you can book your length of stay, up to 10 days. If you have no resort booking, you can only book 1 day at a time.
