my 3.5 day plan

going to universal for the first time feb. 21-25. will get in late on feb. 21. so we have basically 3 full days, plus from 9-1 on sunday to tour the parks. we are thinking of going to wetnwild on the warmest day that we are there. does attendance shoot up on weekends at the water park? also, we are staying onsite, so i am assuming that we will have plenty of time at the parks to take in everything, even if wetnwild consumes a whole day. i guess my questions are: does wetnwild get noticeably busier on weekends? does it require a whole day? will we be able to see everything at the parks and still have time to relax at pbh? thoughts, anyone?
