My 1st Post - Can Poly. DayBed Sleep 2?

Hi Everyone!

I have been a lurker for a month, and now that I've booked my room (used BDP) and last night purchased airline tickets (thanks Southwest for opening flights to 4/1), I want to "unlurk" and be one of you all!

My DH, DS 7, DD 7, and I will be staying at the Polynesian GVC from 3/22-3/28/05.

There's been so much written about the Poly. both good and bad lately, but one thing I haven't seen here (or on Tikiman's site, but I might have missed) is how big is the Polynesian's daybed. Is it a twin bed? It is more like a double/full?

Do you think that the daybed could sleep a couple of slim 7-year olds?

Also, would the moderator please help me add a counter to the bottom (I love the ones I've seen that list how much time until your trip)!

You will need to go to the technical board(link above) to add a counter. There are posts that tell you how to do it along with a test board to try it out.

The Poly daybeds are a twin size. You should have 2 queens in the room, so one child could take the 2nd queen and the other the day bed. OR both could share a queen....

Thanks, Safetymom, for the speedy info. on the countdown clock. I read the posts and tested out the countdown clock on the test board, so I know it works, but shouldn't it be in the footer rather than the text body? I guess I need to go back and reread.
