i haven't book these yet, still have to wait til Feb. we go in August, staying for 3 weeks, one week at POP, then the next 2 weeks off site. these ADRs are just for the 1st week. were arn't on only sort of dining plan. All of these meals are for different days, we won't be eating two table service meals a day.

were at party of parents, 2 older teens boys, and 1 older teen girl

this is what i have so far:

Chef Mickey's for Breakfast on our first morning

Lunch
Whispering Canyon Cafe

Dinner
San Angel Inn
Boma
Mama Melrose (on the Fantasmic package)

Then i was thinking Le cellier for dinner, but it's expensive and we got 3 big boys to feed who love there food, and i didn't know if the portions would be big enough?

then also where do you recoomend eating on the boardwalk for dinner?

A few questions so that we can help you.
Who is in your party - what are their ages? Where are you staying?
How long will you be at WDW? Will you be on the Disney Dining Plan?
I think the portion sizes at LeCellier are fine. It has always been enough for DH and DS who are big eaters.
Enjoy your trip.

That's A LOT of food for one day. I can't imagine doing two table service restaurants in one day much less three!:scared: Also, with all those TS restaurants you're not going to have a lot of park time.

Okay, let me see if I can help. You are a party of four and staying off site for two of the weeks, which means no dining plan at least for those two weeks. So that will make a difference in which restaurants you choose. Also, I see you have listed the places for your first week. I think starting off the trip with Chef Mickey's is a great idea! You should enjoy your lunch at WCC. I am assuming that you won't do Chef Mickey's and WCC on the same day. That's too much food in such a short time. I like all of your dinner choices for the week, except Mama Melrose. I was not a fan, but everyone has different taste.
Le Cellier is expensive if you are not on the dining plan. I really get my money's worth eating there on the dining plan. As for the portion sizes, they should be enough to fill the teenagers up!
I have never eaten at any of the restaurants on the Boardwalk, but I hear Spoodles is very good.
Since you have until February to book, you have lots of time to make decisions, change them, and change them again about 100 times!
Good luck and enjoy your wonderful three week vacation.

I'd suggest O'Hana's in the Polynesian for a meal. It starts off with wonderful appetizers and then an all you can eat of grilled meats and excellent side dishes! I can't imagine your boys not getting a filling meal there. Book your reservation on a night that there are fireworks at the castle and you will get to enjoy the lighted boat parade across the lagoon as well as the fireworks if you time it right. We made our reservations about an hour before fireworks time and it was wonderful! Whispering Canyon is always a good time and filling meal. It would be great fun for your teenage kids. Have a great trip!

Just curious, why would ddp or no ddp make any difference in where you would eat?
