It's going to be quite hard to document my entire trip. I am refusing to bring my MacBook down this year to resist temptation: $9.99 for 24 hours of internet service. One of several minor annoyances about the World.
However, I can document the days counting down!
I have my binder almost all set and ready. There's airline information, travel agent information, resort stay information, I have every park's hours printed out along with my ADR and restaurant info all set. I even made custom menus for each restaurant we're eating at. I have my Mousekeeping envelopes all set and ready. I am COMPLETELY prepared.
It's about 10 days until we go but I'm already pretty much packed. I'll have lots of stuff to do in the days before we leave so, it's one less thing to stress about.
But, as my title says, it's my best friends VERY FIRST time she will be going to WDW...she's 24. WHICH ISN'T SO BAD! So her family never got to go. It's nice and rather appropriate that me, the biggest Disney influence in her life, is the one going with her on her first time.
It'll be interesting too though. She's not really a theme park person. I mean, she likes amusement parks just fine, but when it comes to vacations, she's a "sit around and do nothing all day laying in the sun" kind of girl. Which is fine. To each his own. But the fact it's her first time, it makes up for it. She's very excited. And so am I. I think this might be the best WDW vacation yet.
That is, until NEXT year! That's right! I'm already planning next year. There's gonna be like 10 - 12 of us going. Maybe more. It'll be a blast. But look at me, I'm getting so ahead! I still have this year to look forward to!
Anyway, that's the beginnings! I'll be sure to document my days so I can post them up when I get back!
