Hi. We are going in June with Family, but again in early December for our anniversary (without the kids:teeth: ). What is the christmas party like? Do adults enjoy it? How much are the tickets and where do you get them? Basically, educate me:earsgirl:

Thanks:wave2:

Well you can get a free picture of you and your sweetie and a button and free hot cocoa and cookies.

Main street has "snow" falling down and snowflake images floating along the stores.

You can ride the rides pretty much without any wait at all, or very small and most things are open.

If you like parades they have those too, Christmas ones of course and the Wishes fireworks is really neat.

So if that sounds like something fun, then give it a try. The tickets are around 30 each.

I really enjoyed it!

I loved it, the parade was great, and the shows were really good.
I live in the north, but there was just something about having snow on main street that made me feel so great.
It is well worth the money.

This will be our first time at Disney for the holidays. Actually it's our 2nd time ever. We just ordered our tickets today. We cannot wait. If this event does not give someone the Christmas spirit then I don't know what will. I do have a question though. Were going to MMVMCP on 12-7-04. Now I know you get hot choc. but is it too warm at Disney to drink it or is the weather pretty cool then. Keep in mind were from TX and it can get cold. Thanx for the info.

Weather is unpredicible. It can certainly be cold enough for hot choc! It can also be hot and humid.

I've gone to 3 parties so far and 2 of the 3 were cold enough for hot choc.

Have fun!

It was cold when my son and I went in 2002, we went the week of 12/14-12/19, it did not get warm until the 18th. The evenings were quite cold. At night we wore our winter coats.
When my daughter and I went in 2001 it was nice, we wore shorts during the day and changed into long pants and sweat shirts in the evening.

When we went last year it was chilly once the sun went down.

The hot cocoa was nice to warm our hands and give us a warm up too.
