MVMCP - questions!

2 questions for MVMCP experts:
1. Is there ever an AP discount on tickets? (I've never paid attention as DS was too young to take anyway.)
2. What times are the parade and fireworks usually? DS4 is used to an 8pm bedtime; I'm willing to keep him up later, but he'll never make it much past 10pm. Is it still worth going?

I think the big question is "Is it worth going?" It depends upon when you go, the date and the day. I went teh first week in December on a Friday. It was very, very crowded and the crowds NEVER let up. I kept thinking, " WHERE did all of these people come from?" Waits for rides were 20-40 minutes and I waited 80 minutes in line for a soft drink in Tomorrowland.

The parade is great, and I'm not a Parade Person!

I THINK Aps do have a discount.

I always think it is worth going if you are going to be at WDW.
Yes there is an AP discount for select dates. You can find the info on the WDW website under the passholder area.
We have only brought our toddler to the Halloween party (which we are going again this year) but I have been to MVMCP and think that it is even better for younger kid but our vacation-timing never permits. We get an extra long nap in, and our DS is fine through the parade. The rides (when we were at the MNSSHP) had very little or no lines! It's awesome!

Good point about the date - during our stay, MVMCP is offered on a Fri. or Mon. We're definitely steering toward Mon. thinking it'll be less crowded.
Does anyone remember what time the parade was last year?

The fireworks have always been at 9:15p and last year the parades were at 8:15p and 10:45p.
