From what I've read here, it sounds like you don't need to use a park-hopper day to do the party - just the tickets. Is that right?
We have a 5:30 reservation at LTT. Can we get in with the ticket in time to make our reservation?

No need to use park hopper. You should be able to enter the park as early as 4-5 pm with just your party ticket (at least we did in 2003). No matter what with your PS for LTT they should let you in.
