MVMCP question

Hi,
We are thinking about going to MVMCP this year. Is it worth the money if we aren't interested in the parades?
Will all of the rides be open?

We have gone for the past several years. We love it. From what I can remember almost if not all the rides are open. they also have wonderful stage shows through out the park at different locatiions. Snow on Main street. The parade is great also. My DH is not a parade watcher but really likes the Xmas parade. You get a free photo and they also have Hot chocolate for you.
The best part is the fireworks. They are out of this world . 360 degress around you.
We do the Xmas party every year,. It really gets you into the Xmas spirit. I wou8ld recomend it to anyone.

Just a little tip. If you would like to keep your ticket as a souvienier. Come into the park around 4 pm. The cm's hand you back your ticket and put a wristband on you. In past years we have eaten inside the park prior to the parade. they take your tickets and put the wristband on you and you don't get the tickets back. We found this out acciendlty, as we had to leave the park early last year and then came back in around 4. We then ate dinner in the park with our family who had stayed in the park, and they had to hand the tickets over to the waitress to get their wristbands and never got their tickets back.
