I've been reading the posts regarding the halloween party and how DW won't be making day guests leave. Will that happen at the Christmas party as well? We have tickets but won't ever get them again if it is true. Main st. and the parade and fireworks and the shows will be so crowded it won't be fun. Someone tell me it isn't true.

I think it's going to be a 'wait and see' type thing. If Disney manages to mess up the MNSSHP to a fair-thee-well, they will hear about it from a huge number of disgruntled guests. That could change the way they deal with parties down the road. We'll see how it all shakes out.

I don't see how they can do that. If that's the case, why would anyone buy tickets for the party?

The way I understand it - if you've got MVMCP tickets for that night, you won't have to leave the park (which is why you'll be able to get your wristbands between 4 and 4:30 PM). Otherwise, they'll do a thorough sweep and boot all the day passes (those without valid wristbands for the night party).

It is my understanding that Disney is making calls to people who hold tickets for MNSSHP to let them know that they will definately be closing the park at 6:00 and making everyone without a ticket leave. If this is true (it's just something I read on here a day or two ago) than you whould think you could expect the same for MVMCP.
