Even a quick service meal takes some time, so I would try and eat before the actual party time of 7 so that you don't waste any of the expensive party time you paid for eating. Last year when we went, we entered the park at 4 and did some attractions, and then about 5:30 we ate dinner at CHH so that we were ready to go when the special characters/events began at 7.
