MVMCP on a friday night or sunday?

Hi. The title asks my question. If I want to try to see as much at the party as I can, including riding rides, isn't Sunday best? I think I read that somewhere. Thanks!

My guess is that Friday would be quite a bit more crowded....We are doing Thursday night instead of a friday..

MVMCP'S Going to 26th and 27th this year,you are right go to Sunday MVMCP you will encounter much lower crowd that will allow you to get to see and do more.Most Friday night MVMCP'S are sell outs,that been our experience.Going to 12/7 and 12/9 MVMCP'S this year.You are going to have a great time.

Fridays usually sellout, so they are the most crowded. I've gone on Sundays or Tuesdays at the beginning of the month and they weren't over crowded. I was able to get tickets the day before.

We were there on Sunday 12/14 and Friday 12/19 last year. The Friday was the last night for MVMCP and it was sold out. We loved the Sunday experience. It wasn't too crowded and we had a blast. The Friday experience was too crowded for our taste. We still had fun, but not like what we were able to experience on Sunday.

We went on Thursday and I thought it was very crowded. There was really no way to see all the shows that we wanted to. I will go to the Tuesday night one next time

The Friday night MVMCP usually sells out because the locals usually do that one. I have done Sunday MVMCP's in early Dec and the crowd level is much lighter. Tues nights are usually not as crowded also. I have not done a Thurs night MVMCP so I can not say about those.

Sunday Night for sure! Friday's will certainly be more crowded. Enjoy! It is a MAGICAL time to be at Disney!

I keep hearing to do a Sunday, so we are going to this year really looking forward to it...

We are flying in on 12/17. So my only option was to do the last night - Friday 12/17. So in addition to it being a Friday, it is also the last night. I have heard that this makes it very crowded. We have never been and I am nervous about how crowded it will be. From most of the posts that I have seen, the shows are the same ones that are on during the daytime - correct? So if I miss them that night, I should be able to catch them later in the week - right? I know that the parade is the special Christmas Parade so I need to make sure to see that. Is there anything else that I have to make sure and do that night?

Any help is appreciated.
