MVMCP- no discount on 12/1?

I saw on the website that advance purchase discounts apply to many days, with the exclusion of 12/1. Is this because the parade is filmed that day, and ticket sales are high? Anyone know?

The advance purchase price is offered for every night except Fridays and those close to Christmas. So there is no discount on 12/1, 12/8, 12/15, 12/18, 12/19, 12/21, and 12/22.
