MVMCP Game plan Advice (December 14, 2017)

Ok, I am trying to figure out a gameplan for MVMCP on 12/14/2017. Will be coming from BRV/WL (online check-in situation), and I plan on meeting Nick & Judy as well as (if time/confidence permits) Scrooge McDuck and Donald. Here's what the plan looks like now:
Boat from WL to MK, Eta should be between 4:00-4:20 PM

• Get wristband, if not entering through event entrance
  
• FP - Space Mountain (4:40-5:40 PM)
  
• Grab “light” Dinner at Launching Pad
  
• 5:05-5:15 PM - get into line for Nick & Judy (they come out at 6:15 pm)

Park Closes to Day Guests at 6:00 PM, MVMCP starts at 7:00 PM​

• Grab Cookies/Cocoa from Friar Nooks
  
• Splash Mountain
  
• BTMRR
  
• A Frozen Holiday Wish (8:15 PM)
  
• Peter Pan’s Flight
  
• M&G - Scrooge McDuck (if time allows)
  
• Find a good spot for Holiday Wishes (10:00 PM)
  
• Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
  
• Go to Main Street Train Station and Watch 2nd OUACT Parade from there (11:00 PM)
  
• Cookies/Cocoa (as time allows)
  
• 11:55 PM - Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration

I could see myself heading back to Wilderness Lodge by 12:20-12:45 AM - Boat to WL

That's a lot of criss-crossing, IMHO. Are there any FP+ left for PP or 7 DMT (I know, probably not). Even if you could get a 3:40 pm FP+ for PP, you could get that done as soon as you enter. Or, are there any FP+ for BTMRR and Splash? If you could do those at around 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm, you could get Frontierland done and just focus on Tomorrowland, Main St. and Fantasyland during the party. Right now you have 40 minutes of dead time when you walk into the park at 4 pm. You might as well utilize it by trying to schedule another FP+.

Personally, I would try this:

Enter MK
do Splash and BTMRR with FP+ if possible (around 3:30 and 4:30)
grab a light dinner
get in line for Nick and Judy
ride Space
Frozen Holiday Wish
cookies and cocoa in Fantasyland (if you go to Pinocchio's they have more cookies plus cocoa and cider there)
PP
7DMT
Scrooge McDuck
2nd parade
cookies and cocoa (perhaps in Tomorrowland so you don't have to walk too far)
Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration

Ok, taking the advice of @DisneyWishes14, I have changed up the game plan a little bit. I swapped out the Space Mountain FP for BTMRR and Splash. New plan follows:
ETA to MK between 3:55 and 4:10 (depends on when I get my room) - Taking Boat from WL to MK

• Get wristband, if not entering through event entrance
• FP - Splash Mountain (3:30-4:30 window)
• FP - BTMRR (4:30-5:30 window)
• Grab light dinner (QS)
• Go to Tomorrowland and get in line for Nick and Judy (they come out at 6:15 PM)
• Space Mountain
• Frozen Holiday Wish (8:15 show)
• Cookies and Cocoa in Fantasyland
• Peter Pan's Flight
• 7DMT
• Holiday Wishes
• Meet Scrooge McDuck/Donald Duck
• Go back to Main Street USA Train Station to Watch 2nd Parade (11:00 PM)
• Cookies and Cocoa in Tomorrowland
• Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration (11:55 PM)

I like it! If you find you have time for Scrooge McDuck/Donald Duck while you are in Fantasyland before Wishes, I would try to do it as you'll only have an hour between Wishes and the second parade. With a ton of people watching the first parade, the lines may be a bit shorter when you are in Fantasyland, so it might be possible.

I doubt I will have time for a third FP.

I have 3 FP+ scheduled for 12/10 party.
Jungle Cruise 3:30-4:30
Peter Pan 4:30-5:30
Space Mountain 5:30-6

I am hoping to swap Jungle Cruise for one of the mountains, however, I am okay with not being able to swap it since I have never done the Jingle Cruise. You can always snack your way through the park if you don't want to waste time sitting even for a QS. I will probably grab an egg roll when exiting JC to eat on my way to Peter Pan. One of the cocoa/cookie stations this year has a soft pretzel which can be quite filling!

Good idea. Maybe I should grab something light before leaving WL for that matter! The reason I won't have time for a third FP is because I am trying to get into the line for Nick & Judy ASAP.
