MVMCP Extra Ticket ???'s

Is there anything we can do if we end up with an extra ticket ? Can we take it back ? Or is it just a write off.

Also my friend thinks she may have lost her DD's ticket. Is there a way to have it replaced ? Or is she out of luck if she can't find it.
 
At the risk of being a smarty pants.. couldn't you give your friend the extra ticket you have? Problem solved? :)

Seriously tho, if all her tickets were bought in one transaction and she has a receipt or the numbers off the back of the other tickets, then Disney should be able to replace the lost ticket no problem.

Well yes if she can't find it and I end up with an extra I will give it to her. But I'm thinking of what ifs lol. As of now there are 7 of us going. But 1 may be cancelling at the last minute.

So if she can't find it and he does go we will be short one and we don't want that. She only got the 1 ticket. So if we can find the receipt she should be able to have it replaced ?

If you can find the receipt for the whole transaction or at least one other ticket purchased at the same time in the same transaction as the missing one.. They should be able to replace it with either of those pieces of information.

Did you buy the tickets online I'm presuming?

Yes I purchased my 6 and then she decided to send her DD with me. So We purchased one more with her CC and it was shipped to her. She has the envelope it came in but it's empty and she doesn't know what happened to the ticket.

I wonder if she has the receipt that came with the envelope ! I don't have the email on here anymore with the confirmation number. It's probably somewhere I just have to hunt since we bought it in JULY !
 
The Official Answer !!!!

They will replace them ! I just called to ask using the number on the original email from my tickets.

All I had to give her was my friends name. She had it all in the computer.

She said she could pick it up when we arrive but I explained she wasn't attending that the ticket was for her DD who was going with me and asked if they could reship it. But the catch is that we leave here on the 11th !

So she put me on hold and came back and said they would Fed Ex it tomorrow to her.

YES!! Disney is AWESOME !
