MVMCP Discount-DVC or AP? Please help!

Does anyone know if there is a DVC discount for the Christmas Party? We were planning to get Annual Passes anyway, so I could use that discount, but I was just wondering if DVC had a discount.

There wasn't one last year so I doubt there will be one this year.

Agree with Stimpy. MVMCP tickets are already on sale and the only announced discounts are:

for advance purchase

AP/PAP discount for certain, selected nights.

No DVC discount.

I just called this am and made my MVMCM PS for LTT and I when told the CM on the phone that I hadn't yet bought my party tickets and that we were staying at BWV he asked if we were DVC members. When I said "yes" he said I should be sure to mention that when I call for the party tickets because there is a DVC discount -- although he didn't say how much! Since the AP discount is only for certain nights I guess that will make some people's decision on which discount to use for them.

This is the first I've read of any DVC discount for MVMCP (or MNSSHP) tickets. Seems odd that DVC hasn't already mentioned it to members - either on the website or via email. The tickets went on sale last Sunday.

Anyway, sure would be nice if it were true, but IMHO, it's more likely that the CM was misinformed. BUT I STILL HOPE IT"S TRUE!

I bought our tickets this morning. The CM knew that we were DVC members, but didn't mention a discount to us. No AP discount for our date. Too bad, 2 of our group won't be with us on the 13th when we could have gotten AP discount. Oh well.

Unless they just recently released it, there's no discount for DVC members for MVMCP.

I just called this morning for our MNSSHP tix and the CM I spoke with knew I booked our stay through DVC after I told her we were staying on our points. She did tell us about the AP discount, which we were able to get, but when I asked about DVC she said No. Is it really different for MVMCP?

BTW, since I'm thinking about it now...can I use the DDE card at LTT that night? If I don't ask now, I'll forget to ask later LOL TIA

I'm pretty sure you can as all you got was a PS but really early. Tony's is taking PS now too and then CP and The Castle at 90 days...they will all take the DDE if they are on the list.
