MVMCP and princess dining questions

Two questions:

Has Cinderella's Royal Table been available for MVMCP in the past? I was thinking that it would be really cool to eat there prior to the party, but I wasn't sure if they would have later PS times, in the 5:45-6:00 range.

Is Belle at one of the meals at CRT? I know that the princess line-up is not guaranteed, but I would rather go to one of these meals than the one in Norway.

We saw Belle at CRT breakfast and PSB. If all else fails, you can always do Storytime with Belle. Have fun...

I believe CRT takes reservations up to 5:50 on MVMCP nights, I had one at 5:00 one year. They are not open later like LTT. Call right at 90 days, they do fillup fast. There are no characters at dinner.
