MVMCP and Day of PArty Question/Help

Need an answer about a tickets question..

We have a 4-day base ticket (no park hopper) and a hard ticket to MVMCP.

I think this is ok but I wanted to double check.

On the day of the hard ticket party, I am planning on going in the morning to Epcot and using 1 day off of the base ticket. Then around 6 pm going to Magic Kingdom for the hard ticket party.

Is this ok to do since I do not have the park hopping option for the normal park tickets?

Yes, that will be fine. I believe you can get into Magic Kingdom at 4:00 with a party ticket if you would like to arrive earlier.
